Methodology
LTV = monthly contribution (price − med − provider − labs) × tenure (1 ÷ monthly churn). LTV:PAC = LTV ÷ acquisition cost.
- Monthly contribution is price minus med COGS, provider time, and labs per patient per month.
- A healthy GLP-1 program targets LTV:PAC of 3:1 or higher.
