Creating Your Account
1. Visit clinicwarden.com/signup and enter your email address, password, and full name.
2. Choose "Create a Clinic" to set up a new organization, or "Join Your Clinic" if you have an invite code.
3. Verify your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
4. Once verified, you'll be taken to your compliance dashboard.
Your First 5 Minutes
After creating your account, the Getting Started checklist will guide you through setup:
• Set up your programs (Pre-Clinic, CFTSS, Clinic, etc.)
• Configure compliance rules or use our default templates
• Invite your team (supervisors and clinicians)
• Add your first client manually or import via CSV
• Verify that compliance tasks are being automatically created
Navigating the Dashboard
The sidebar provides access to all major features:
• Dashboard — Overview of compliance scores, overdue tasks, and upcoming deadlines
• Clients — Manage client records and view individual compliance timelines
• Tasks — View and complete compliance tasks assigned to you
• Reviews — (Supervisors) Review and approve submitted treatment plans
• Reports — Generate compliance reports and export audit data
• Team — Manage team members and invitations
• Settings — Organization configuration, programs, and API keys
