For Providers

Practice without navigating clinic administration.

A clinical workspace for appointments, treatment plans, prescription authorization, monitoring review, and clinical exceptions. Clinic setup, inventory, and supplier chrome stay with operations — not on your screen.

Appointments

Visit types and status configured per program. Telehealth join state and readiness are tracked in-product; the video itself is hosted by a partner.

Clinical work

Clinical Work is the home — your caseload and the work in front of you, not the clinic’s setup or inventory.

Treatment plans

Create and approve treatment plans before fulfillment moves forward. Draft → approve → activate, with an approval queue.

Prescription authorization

Author internal medication orders and route them. Full lifecycle is tracked even when the prescription is transmitted outside ClinicWarden. Direct eRx and EPCS are partner capabilities, not built in.

Monitoring review

Review check-ins and follow-up results against the program’s configured cadence — not a locked protocol.

Clinical exceptions

Overdue follow-ups and pending approvals surface in Needs Attention so clinical work is not buried under clinic administration.

Operating system for configurable virtual and hybrid specialty-care programs. Peptides are the first program we sell. Not a certified EHR. Not a medication marketplace. Electronic pharmacy APIs and laboratory interfaces are not included. Clinical Workspace is available after organization enrollment and approval. Not enabled by default. Direct electronic pharmacy transmission (standards-based eRx) and EPCS are partner capabilities, not built in.

What stays off your screen

Not your screen.

Clinic administration lives with operations, not on the provider’s screen. You see your caseload and the clinical decisions in front of you — not the setup, stock, or supplier chrome that runs underneath.
