What a “Manageable” score usually means
Every requirement has a name attached, evidence exists somewhere, but freshness is spotty and CAPAs live in email threads. A determined surveyor will find at least three findings; a distracted one will find none.
What a “High risk” score usually means
Controls are inferred rather than defined. Evidence is on the person, not on the org. When someone leaves, so does their compliance responsibility.
